An established immigration law firm in Downtown Los Angeles is actively seeking a full-time Deportation/Removal Attorney Position for an Associate position (possibly leading to a partnership position for the RIGHT candidate).  The candidate must be motivated, hardworking and outgoing Bi-lingual (English-Spanish) Immigration Attorney, WITH AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF DEPORATION/REMOVAL EXPERIENCE.

All candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, trial-oriented environment where deadlines are critical.  Position requires extensive interaction with our clients, and the ability to manage a moderate volume of cases with minimal supervision. 

Candidate MUST be FLUENT in Spanish.

This position requires:

• Ability to meet critical deadlines

• Manage a moderate volume of cases with minimal supervision

• Being patient, honest, knowledgeable, as well as confident/aggressive--don’t be intimidated by judges during hearings.

• Immigration litigation experience,

• Exceptional writing and research abilities;

• Proven experience drafting legal motions and briefs, and

• Petitions with 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
