Directions to the court:

The Los Angeles Immigration Court is located at 606 S. Olive Street, at the southeast corner of 6^th Street and Olive Street in downtown Los Angeles, south of Pershing Square park. From the Harbor Freeway, #110, take the 6^th Street off ramp and go east on 6^th Street to Olive Street. For your convenience, we have also provided a link to a free mapping service.

Upon entering the building, take the elevators on the south end of the lobby to the 15^th floor where the daily calendars are posted and the information window is located. The courtrooms are located on the 14^th, 16^th, 17^th and 18^th floors.

Court Hours:

The Los Angeles Immigration Court is open 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays. The information window is open for filings and other matters from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Hearings commence at 8:30 a.m. each morning and 1:00 p.m. each afternoon.

Where to pay the fee with DHS for applications to be filed with the Los Angeles Immigration Court:

Go to the DHS at the Federal Building, 300 N. Los Angeles Street, Room 1001. Take your Notice to Appear (NTA) or hearing notice from the court. You may have to wait in line to pay the fee on the application so it is recommended that you pay the fee well in advance of the scheduled hearing date and time.
At the cashier window, give the cashier your completed application and pay the fee. You must show your Notice to Appear (NTA) or hearing notice from the court. The cashier will take your fee, stamp your application indicating that the fee was paid and will return the application to you. If you do not show your Notice to Appear (NTA) or hearing notice, the cashier will not know to return the application to you after you pay the fee.
Return to the Los Angeles Immigration Court and submit your application to the Court as directed by the Immigration Judge.
